WireGress is a managed WireGuard gateway service operated by APYL Inc., a U.S.-incorporated company serving eligible business customers internationally.
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, billing information, and account sign-in information. While using the service, we also collect operational information necessary to provide and maintain the service, including gateway configuration, peer configuration, IP assignments, bandwidth usage, system events, and service health information.
For fraud prevention, sanctions and export-compliance review, and eligibility checks, we may collect business address and country, relevant ownership or control information, intended use, end-user and deployment-location information, and supporting information reasonably needed to resolve a compliance concern. We may use account-access IP addresses and approximate country or region information derived from those addresses for these purposes. IP-based location information may be inaccurate and does not by itself establish a person's location or identity.
We may receive relevant information from you, authorized resellers, public business records, government sanctions and restricted-party lists, screening providers, and abuse reporters. Compliance records may include potential matches, information used to resolve them, review decisions, and related communications. A possible screening match does not by itself establish that someone is subject to a restriction.

Compliance review may result in requests for clarification or restrictions on service as described in the Terms of Service. Contact us if you believe account or screening information is inaccurate or wish to request review of an eligibility decision.
WireGress does not inspect, decrypt, or log the application content of customer traffic. We may process limited network and connection metadata—such as bandwidth usage, connection counts, ports, and gateway events—necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
Compliance screening uses relevant account, business, location, and other records described in this policy; it does not involve inspection of application content. If you send logs or other evidence with a support request or abuse report, we may review the information you submit. Please redact unnecessary personal data and never send private keys, passwords, or complete WireGuard configuration files.

We may use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, analytics, monitoring, and customer communications. We may also use service providers for compliance screening and verification, sharing information reasonably necessary for their assigned functions.
We may disclose relevant information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, to respond to lawful government requests, to satisfy applicable sanctions reporting obligations, or as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce our agreements, and protect the service and affected parties, where permitted by law. This may include sharing limited incident information with relevant upstream providers or network operators.
If your service is purchased through a reseller, we may exchange relevant account, eligibility, and incident information with that reseller to administer the service and address compliance concerns. A reseller's separate use of personal information is governed by its own privacy notice. We do not promise confidentiality for abuse reports or disclose customer information merely because someone requests it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect customer information.
Account and operational records are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Compliance and abuse records are retained according to their purpose and applicable legal requirements. Records subject to a mandatory retention period, investigation, or legal hold may be retained after account closure. Other compliance information is deleted when no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website or by email.
