Report Abuse or a Compliance Concern

Last updated: October 2026

Report suspected misuse of WireGress infrastructure or a sanctions/export-compliance concern to abuse@apyl.com.

You may report spam, malware, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access or scanning, fraud, suspected prohibited end users or end uses, sanctions evasion, or other violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. Anyone with relevant information may report a concern; you do not need to be a customer or security organization.

What to Include

  • A concise description of the incident or concern and how you observed it
  • Relevant source and destination public IP addresses, ports, and protocol, if known
  • Date, time, and time zone; UTC timestamps are helpful
  • Relevant, limited log excerpts or email headers, with unrelated personal information redacted
  • For compliance concerns, the relevant organization or party, suspected use or destination, and supporting public references or other evidence
  • A reply address if you would like us to request clarification; you may withhold your identity, but limited information may make investigation harder

Please distinguish observed facts from suspicions. You do not need to prove a violation before making a good-faith report. Do not send private keys, passwords, payment-card details, complete WireGuard configurations, malware attachments, or unnecessary personal or confidential information. If sensitive evidence is necessary, first ask us how to provide it securely.

How We Handle Reports

We assess reports using available evidence and may request clarification, correlate infrastructure records, contact the relevant customer or reseller, or take protective action. An IP address alone may not identify the responsible customer at the time of the incident, so timestamps and technical context are helpful.

A report is not automatically proof of a violation. A false or unverifiable allegation alone will not justify permanent suspension. We may restrict access while investigating credible risks or when required by law. Actions may include forwarding restrictions, suspension, or termination under our policies. Customers may request review of an enforcement decision at internal@wiregress.com.

WireGress does not inspect, decrypt, or log the application content of customer traffic. We may review the evidence you submit. We cannot promise a specific response time or outcome, and we may be unable to share customer information or investigation details.

Privacy and Legal Requests

Report information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Relevant information may be shared with affected customers, resellers, service providers, upstream networks, or authorities when necessary and permitted or required by law. Do not assume a report will remain confidential.

Government and law-enforcement inquiries may be sent to abuse@apyl.com. Identify your agency, provide verifiable official contact information, and describe the legal authority and scope of your request. A request alone does not authorize disclosure of customer information.

For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority. This mailbox is not an emergency-response service.
