1. Service

WireGress provides managed WireGuard gateway infrastructure with dedicated static public IP addresses for legitimate business use.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
Protecting your WireGuard keys and credentials
Configuring your applications correctly
Complying with all applicable laws
Using the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use WireGress to:

Send unsolicited email or spam
Conduct port scanning or unauthorized network probing
Distribute malware
Perform illegal activities
Interfere with the operation of the service
Circumvent service limits or enforcement mechanisms

4. Service Enforcement

WireGress enforces operational policies using deterministic infrastructure signals such as bandwidth usage, peer limits, port thresholds, and verified abuse reports.

Enforcement may include temporary restrictions, bandwidth throttling, or suspension when service policies are violated.

5. Billing

Services are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

WireGress is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APYL Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
