By creating an account or using WireGress, you agree to these Terms of Service.
WireGress is a hosted connectivity service operated by APYL Inc., a U.S.-incorporated company. WireGress provides managed WireGuard gateway infrastructure with dedicated static public IP addresses for legitimate business use. Optional inbound TCP/UDP connectivity is available where enabled for your service and remains subject to service configuration, security controls, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
WireGress makes peer configuration files available for download to connect to the hosted service. WireGress does not distribute WireGuard client software. If you need a client, obtain it independently from the official WireGuard website.
WireGress serves eligible business customers internationally. U.S. incorporation, citizenship, or residency is not a general condition of customer eligibility. Availability remains subject to applicable law, required authorizations, service availability, and any separately disclosed service restrictions.

You must comply with sanctions, export controls, and other laws applicable to your access to and use of WireGress, including applicable U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and, where applicable, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
You represent, when opening an account and throughout your use, that your receipt and use of the service are lawful. You must not obtain, use, resell, or provide access to the service for any person, entity, destination, or purpose where doing so would violate applicable law. This includes dealings prohibited because of blocked-person status or ownership under OFAC's 50 Percent Rule, or an applicable export denial order or end-user/end-use restriction. Different sanctions and restricted-party lists impose different restrictions; a listing is assessed under the rule applicable to the transaction.
You must not use the service to evade sanctions or export controls, conceal a prohibited beneficiary or destination, or facilitate unauthorized transfers of controlled software, technology, or other items. You are responsible for obtaining authorizations required for your own activities. A customer's authorization does not necessarily authorize APYL Inc. to supply the service; we must separately confirm that our provision is lawful before enabling any service that requires such authorization.
You must promptly notify us if you learn that your service involves a prohibited party, use, or destination, or if a material change affects eligibility. You must provide information reasonably requested to assess eligibility, including relevant business identity, ownership, end-user, end-use, and location information. Our information practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
A direct customer purchases WireGress for its own business use. A reseller is an organization we authorize in writing to market or provide WireGress access to its own customers. End users are the individuals and organizations that ultimately use the connectivity, whether they purchase directly or through a reseller.
Resale or other commercial provision of WireGress access to third-party customers requires our prior written agreement. Normal access by your authorized personnel, contractors, applications, and systems for your own business is not resale.
An authorized reseller must comply with its reseller agreement and applicable law and must ensure that its downstream customers and end users are subject to restrictions at least equivalent to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Detailed reseller obligations—including risk-based customer and end-use checks, recordkeeping, reporting, and cooperation in restricting prohibited downstream access—are set out in the applicable reseller agreement. Further resale requires our written agreement. A reseller's U.S. location does not make its international sales automatically permissible, and reseller checks do not replace APYL Inc.'s own compliance responsibilities.
You may not use WireGress to:
WireGress enforces operational policies using deterministic infrastructure signals such as bandwidth usage, peer limits, port thresholds, and verified abuse reports. Compliance review may also use account information, ownership and location information, sanctions and restricted-party screening, customer or reseller responses, and legally relevant notices.
Enforcement may include temporary restrictions, bandwidth throttling, suspension, or termination when service policies are violated or provision of the service is unlawful. We may temporarily restrict access while investigating a credible compliance concern or awaiting reasonably requested eligibility information. A possible screening match is reviewed in context and is not, by itself, a final finding of wrongdoing.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will contact the customer and offer an opportunity to clarify or remedy the issue. We may act without advance notice when required by law or necessary to address an urgent security, abuse, or compliance risk. Customers may request review through the contact below. Any handling of funds or property subject to sanctions will follow applicable law; suspension does not necessarily permit a refund or return of blocked property.
Services are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
We strive to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally occur.
WireGress is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APYL Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
